Hello, Guest! Welcome To The Foreign Division!

Starter Aid

If you are a new nation and wish to receive the first 3 million Starter Aid, you are requested to go to the Tech Dept and sign up for your first Tech Deal to get the ball rolling. The Tech Dept can be found HERE.Sign up in the New Members : Starter Aid + Tech Deals topic, to get the deal started.

After you have completed your first Tech Deal you will automatically be eligible to receive your starter aid.

When that is completed, you can go to TFD's Academy and after you graduate, you'll be entitled to another 3 million.

Trading

If you want help getting your trades in order, you should should stop by the Trade Department and apply for a Trade Circle; the Economic Affairs staff will match you up with 5 other trading partners according to your default resources. The Trade Department can be found HERE. You will need to get the Harbor improvement as soon as possible, so make sure you have also signed up for that first Tech Deal!

Cybernations Tournament Edition

As a new member, The Foreign Division would like for you to learn and understand quickly on how to run your nation to the best of your abilities. In the art of war, The Foreign Division who you have joined is a peaceful alliance who will only go to war when attacked, or if we are coming to the aid of friends. But we ask all our new nations to sign up for the Tournament Edition of the game HERE. The Tournament Edition allows you to practice the art of war that you might not be able to do here. Sign up in the normal way, join The Foreign Division Tournament Edition Alliance (The Fightin Division) and practice on how best to fight battles.

Education

Our Ministry of Education has much information on tips and pointers on how best to get your nation on the fast track to being a power. All this can be found HERE. This includes war guides that you can put to full use in the Tournament Edition of the game.

War

Finally, you are not authorized to declare war without the permission of the Senate. This does not relate to the afore mentioned Tournament Edition of the game where, as said, we encourage you to learn how battles and wars are fought. If you have any questions or are not sure on how to proceed, please approach any member of government or post your question within the Ministry Of Education HERE.
